Great Question! Having your own bookkeeper eases the burden of having to keep track of all your receipts and expenses for an entire year until tax season comes around. As your bookkeeper, we would decide how frequently you would like me to work on the financial record keeping of your businesses income and expenses and best off all you would bring all those receipts to me for organizing. I would then organize and reconcile all the bank accounts associated with your business and keep a Tax Binder. The tax binder would be yours to keep at the end of the year and would include all your financial records in one place and remove the need for Banker Boxes!
Yes! I currently use Quickbooks payroll and can set up direct deposits with your employees or we can keep it original and use paper checks. Included with my payroll service is quarterly and annual payroll tax filing.
